Client Background
A corporate merchandise supplier in Rizal needed branded pillows. They were looking for a reliable China-based sourcing partner capable of custom logo printing, stable bulk production, and delivery to the Philippines, with BIR-registered invoices and DTI supporting documents.

Challenge
The client struggled to find a supplier that could guarantee consistent logo printing quality, control bulk production lead time, and provide Philippine-compliant local documents.

Our Solution
1. Started communication in early February. Sourced a qualified textile factory in Hebei, China, confirmed the custom logo artwork, and provided a free logo mock-up for client approval.

2. Arranged two rounds of air-shipped samples to confirm product quality before mass production.

3. Client placed the order and paid the deposit on February 24. Completed mass production of 10,010 pcs pillows.

4. Packed 70 pcs per bag. Loaded 124 bags into one full container, and shipped the remaining 19 bags via LCL (less than container load).

5. Delivered door-to-door to Rizal, Philippines, in early May. Issued Sales Invoices and Official Receipts, along with BIR and DTI supporting documents for local compliance.
